BASIC CLIMBING COURSE<\/strong><\/p>\n

The course is aimed at those who want to approach this discipline for the first time. During the lessons you will learn the basics of progression and safety.<\/p>\n

We will dedicate the first part of the course to knots and hooking up, to then begin to discover the techniques and the use of the feet to progress vertically.<\/p>\n

You will learn to use the brakes to make sure your climbing partner and to make the descent once you reach the top.<\/p>\n
